Living a life of luxury is something that most of can only have a fantasy about, but admit it, it is a nice thought! Most items such as luxury rugs and antique furniture are no more than a twinkle in our eye even though some might say they’re quite old fashioned and boring. That being the case, what is considered as luxury these days? Something that’s old? Something that costs a lot of money? Something made by Apple or Bentley?
Here are my top 3 luxury items for your house which are modern and brilliant for gadget lovers.
Hot Tubs
There really is nothing more luxurious than kicking back after a long day in your own personal hot tub with a glass of wine or nice cold beer. Jacuzzis may have been around for a while but they’re getting more modern by the day. Hot tubs with built in fridges, TVs and music players are now appearing on the market but they don’t come cheap, but then hey, which luxuries do?
Hot tub installation needn’t put you off splashing out, more often than not it’s included in the price.
Fridges
As long as there have been fridges and freezers there have been luxury versions. Some of the fridges that you can buy today go up into 5 figure price ranges and some of the cool things they do justify the cost. Some of the best fridges you can buy have sensory alarms to tell you the door is still open, ice makers, smoothie makers, auto defrost that defrosts one product at a certain time and many more cool features.
Televisions
Since the birth of flat screen TV’s the commercial model has been sneaking down in price, whilst the luxury version has been creeping up. The latest trend to hit the market means that the bigger, the better. LG have just released a super HD 84 inch model which is currently on the market for a cool 20,000. The LG TV is 3D and comes with 7 pairs of glasses – Does that sweeten the deal?
Whilst some of you might already have these products sitting in your homes, us unlucky folk will just have to wait until the next big thing is out and the price of these goes down before we buy.
We do have the advantage though that if our standard items break getting them fixed is easy. Who do you call if the TV breaks in your hot tub? The hot tub installation guys? How about if your fridge breaks? NASA?
