Most of us are concerned about what causes breakouts and why they are so intense that the pimples start damaging the skin on the face quickly.  But the fact is that we can easily skip the breakout if we have a keen observation of the skin.

There is nothing that happens on your skin without showing some precursors. You may also notice that when you start developing a certain illness you may experience certain preliminary illnesses and after that, the real issue comes out.

To make sure that you deal with this breakout easily and know how do you get rid of pimples you should consider observing the precursors so that the problem can be treated before it spreads the whole skin and ruins the overall skin in a way that is not easy to repair.

  • The first thing you may notice is that the skin becomes sensitive to sunlight, hot and cold water and may not feel easy when washed with an ordinary soap or face wash.
  • You may feel pores a bit enlarged and see they are filled with excessive sebaceous oil in them. They may cause dirt to adhere in the pores that lead to further skin infections.
  • Itchy spots and blemishes are some of the very clear precursors of breakouts on the skin.
